AiMentor Refund Policy
1. Subscription Overview
1.1 Free Trial
- The first two quizzes are provided free of charge
- If the user wish to continue after the free trial, a subscription is required with valid payment details.
- Some features may be limited during the free trial period.
- After the subscription, user will have full access to platform features base on the subscription plan.
1.2 Trial to Paid Subscription
- After the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue using the platform.
- Automatic billing commences at the start of subscription.
- User responsible for cancellation if continuation is not desired.
1.3 Paid Subscription
- Monthly subscription model
- Automatic renewal at the start of each month
- Charged to the registered payment method
- If at any point payment becomes unsuccessful due to insufficient funds or any other means the subscription will end and the user will no longer have access to paid features.
2. Refund Conditions
2.1 No Refunds
- No refunds will be issued once the monthly subscription has begun.
- Access is maintained until the end of the current paid period.
- Hence, partial month refunds are not available.
2.2 Subscription Discontinuation
- Users can cancel at any time
- Access is maintained until the end of the current paid period
- No new charges after cancellation
2.3 Trial Period Conversion
- Users must actively cancel before the trial period ends to avoid automatic charging.
- No refunds for charges incurred if the user continues using the platform with a paid subscription.
- Cancellation is the sole responsibility of the user
3. Exceptional Circumstances
3.1 Technical Issues
- If the platform is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, prorated credit or extended access may be provided
- Will be determined on a case-by-case basis
3.2 Fraudulent Charges
- Unauthorized transactions will be fully refunded
- Must be reported within 30 days of the charge
4. Cancellation Process
4.1 How to Cancel
- Log into account
- Navigate to subscription settings
- Select 'Cancel Subscription'
- A confirmation email will be sent
4.2 Cancellation Effects
- No further charges after the current billing cycle
- Continued platform access until cycle end
- The account remains active with the last purchased plan features until the cycle ends
5. Account Termination
5.1 AiMentor-Initiated Termination
- No refunds for accounts terminated due to:
- Terms of service violation
- Fraudulent activity
- Inappropriate use
5.2 User-Initiated Termination
- No refunds for voluntarily closed accounts.
- Account will be deleted upon user request.
6. Payment Method Changes
6.1 Updating Payment Information
- This can be done through payment gateway account settings
- Ensures uninterrupted service
- No additional charges for method update
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Refund Disputes

- Provide account details and reason for dispute
- Response within five business days
8. Policy Updates
8.1 Policy Modifications
- AiMentor reserves the right to update the refund policy
- Updates will be posted on the website
- Continued use implies acceptance of new terms
